Stock & Shipping


Our turnaround from order to having it in your hands is 2-5 working days (this is an estimation depending on your location and time taken to process your order - especially if it is a drop shipment as our supplier indicates when we can arrange  for the courier to collect the item). 

Save yourself the traffic aggro, petrol and schlep from shop to shop when you can just do it from the comfort of wherever by shopping and ordering from us online....

  • Free shipping on all orders over R2 000
  • Flat shipping rate of R160 for orders under R2 000
  • All prices displayed are inclusive of vat.

*Please note orders are shipped only once payment has been received in full i.e the money reflects in our account (if EFT payment made). Urgent orders need to be paid via "immediate payment".

*If you require express shipping, please contact us and we will see how we can assist, if possible from a stock and timing perspective. This will be at an additional cost and will be dealt with on a customer to customer basis. We do understand that some orders are urgent but we cannot always guarantee timing on the shipping. Please keep this in mind when placing orders.  

*All orders placed online on week days after 12:30pm may only be processed the following day and courier will be arranged in accordance to when the order has been prepared; all orders received after 12:30pm on a Friday or over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day and courier will be arranged in accordance to when the order has been prepared - unless otherwise communicated.

(We close Annually over December, all orders placed during this time will only be sent out once we reopen in the new year).


We aim to physically hold as much of our stock as possible which means you get it quicker. Certain products not physically held in stock (drop shipments) are checked regularly with suppliers and if we have to order it in we try to ensure a speedy turn-around time. Please allow time for the suppliers to process the order, pull the stock, and prepare the shipment for us.

Although it does not happen often, there may unfortunately be times when our suppliers will be out of stock of an item before we are able to update our quantities. If this is the case, we will happily exchange your order or do an immediate refund for you.
