Trail Tech Cycles (Pty) Ltd is 100% committed to selling the best performance riding products in the industry and we're always interested in receiving input from our valued customers. All products bought through us are covered by each manufacturers standard warranty from date of purchase against any defects in materials and workmanship. As riders, we know that our products are subject to severe conditions and stress. If you experience a problem with one of our products we want to know about it. We kindly request you submit a warranty return through our Submit a Warranty form and we will get you sorted ASAP.

Returning or exchanging an item?
Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days after purchase for an exchange or refund but will incur a 5% restocking and admin fee. The merchandise may not be damaged, scratched, dirty or even slightly used as it will not be accepted as re-saleable. It must also include the original packaging material and tags.
We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or colour, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
All merchandise sold on sale is final and cannot be returned unless it is damaged before collection or we sent the wrong item.
