Warranty Information:

Trail Tech Cycles is 100% committed to selling the best performance riding products in the industry and we're always interested in receiving input from our valued customers. All products bought through us are covered by each manufacturers standard warranty from date of purchase against any defects in materials and workmanship. As riders, we know that our products are subject to severe conditions and stress. If you experience a problem with one of our products we want to know about it. Please contact us to assist you if you have any warranty claims.


Please note that there is a process that needs to be followed from our side, and the supplier/manufacturer's side, so please allow time for the process to take place as it often cannot be rushed.

Returning or exchanging an item?

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days after purchase for an exchange, or refund. Please note that a refund will incur a 5% admin fee and will only be applicable to returns that take place within the above stipulated 14 day period. After that period, the amount will be kept as a credit on your account and can be used towards future purchases. 

Please note that Leatt, as a brand, have a 7 day return policy. If you decide to exchange or return items after 7 days from date of purchase, a 10% handling fee will be charged.

The merchandise AND the original packaging material and tags of the item(s) must be included, and may not be damaged, scratched, dirty or show any signs of being used as it will not be accepted as re-saleable.

When packaging items for returns or exchanges, please ensure that the items AND the product packaging of the item will be protected and remain intact. E.g. If you ordered shoes or a helmet that came in a product box, please return the item in its product box WITHIN another box for protection (usually this would be how you receive the item when ordered). The same applies to all items and their packaging.

We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.

If you are making an exchange for personal reasons because you would like a different size, style or colour, you will be charged for shipping on your return and exchange as per our standard shipping rate.

A credit, exchange or refund will only be processed and finalised once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved of meeting the above mentioned conditions (by us or the supplier). Please note that this process takes time - please allow for this; we appreciate the patience.

Sale Items:

All merchandise sold on sale is final and cannot be returned unless it is damaged before collection or we sent the wrong item.
