OneUp was founded by Chris, Jon and Sam three former Race Face engineers. Together they have over 29 years of bike industry experience and have developed some of mountain biking's most recognizable and award winning products.
We quit our good, stable jobs to chase a dream. To build our own mtb company, to break out of the 9-5, kill the commute, move into the mountains and live at the trailhead. Somehow we did it!
Ultimately, we believe everybody should work less and ride more. We may not be there yet, but we’ll make it happen.
We aim to physically hold as much of our stock as possible. Certain products are not physically held in stock (drop shipments) and are checked regularly with suppliers.
Although it does not happen often, there may unfortunately be times when our suppliers will be out of stock of an item before we are able to update our quantities. If this is the case, we will happily exchange your order or do an immediate refund for you.
