















We aim to physically hold as much of our stock as possible. Certain products not physically held in stock (drop shipments) are checked regularly with suppliers.
Although it does not happen often, there may unfortunately be times when our suppliers will be out of stock of an item before we are able to update our quantities, as they only send us updates once their stock take has taken place or once they have received new shipments (which does take time).
If this is the case, we will happily exchange your order or do an immediate refund for you.
