If we don’t have it or you need advice on any of our products, send us an email or give us a call and we’ll go out of our way to help you out.
We aim to physically hold as much of our stock as possible. Certain products are not physically held in stock (drop shipments) and are checked regularly with suppliers.
Although it does not happen often, there may unfortunately be times when our suppliers will be out of stock of an item before we are able to update our quantities. If this is the case, we will happily exchange your order or do an immediate refund for you.
